Whilst working at Alivini Company I was in charge of their Facebook page content planning and development. At the time Facebook was the main social platform to reach out and engage B2B customers as well as a small but affectionate audience of direct customers, mostly from the Italian community in the UK. My goal was to use a tone of voice and messaging that could resonate with both audiences.
