Greenleaf Soaps is a fictitious artisan business, based in East London, selling handmade soaps and body care products through an e-commerce website.
The project was inspired by a personal interest and developed for a university module coursework on how to plan, budget and manage a digital project.
The images from top to bottom show an infographic highlighting the most important outcome from exploratory research; personas – archetype of main prospective customers – and user journey. Lastly, images of a few deliverables related to the brand identity.
